During 2016 Studio Connect embarked on a year of creative development with artist and facilitator Nicola Lambert. The program was presented in a dynamic format over a 10 -month period. Workshops were at ANU School of Art in partnership with ANU Centre for Continuing Education (CCE). Lectures were hosted at the National Gallery Australia (NGA). Artists interacted and responded to the NGA collections.
The theme ‘Invisible Disability' were explored through Art in Action and at public events such as the You Are Here Festival 2016.
This project is supported by ACT Arts Project Funding.

BRAIN STORMING
During YAH Festival 2016, Artists in Residency Studio Connect created a collaborative artwork about different mental states, feelings and abstract thoughts. Members of the public were invited to participate in this discovery process, by creating their own mind map postcard and adding to our artwork.
